Shareholders and Structure
The FININC group is entirely controlled by the Dogliani family, who founded the company in the nineteen-sixties.
The FININC GROUP guarantees high-level professionalism in its dealings with any party, whether customers, suppliers or financial partners. One fine example of Fininc’s successful partnerships is the SIS Scpa Permanent Consortium, a partnership with the Spanish construction company Sacyr SA, with which the Group has been working with great success since 2003.
